Do you want to earn $50 with just 50 words? There is a website called Common Ties wherein they publish short answers to 20 questions that they have. All you have to do is to compose an answer to any of their questions and if you are chosen, they pay you $50 for it.

Of course, it's not easy to be chosen, but 50 words is easy to come up with especially if you take a look at their questions. It's easy and worth the risk. Here are their 20 questions...

1. What door do you wish you never opened?
2. What is your most obsessive thought?
3. Where is your favorite place in the world, and why?
4. What's the one thing your parents don't understand about you?
5. If you could relive a single day or moment, what would it be?
6. What were the strangest circumstances under which you have been intimate?
7. Under what circumstances have you been closest to death?
8. What is the most gracious act of kindness you have witnessed?
9. What is the worst betrayal you have ever experienced?
10. What is the most bizarre thing you have seen or done?
11. What is the greatest risk you have ever taken?
12. What is your earliest, most vivid memory?
13. What is the most meaningful "I love you" spoken by you or to you?
14. What was the single most terrifying moment of your life?
15. If you have experienced a moment of sudden faith or loss of faith, what prompted it?
16. If you could take back one thing you have done, what would it be?
17. What is your greatest talent or accomplishment?
18. What is the most joyful moment you have experienced?
19. What is the most painful moment you have experienced?
20. Open Question: Submit your own question and answer. No answer is off-limits, and can be on any personal theme. Here is a sample list of 20: abortion, addiction, adolescence, break-ups, crime, death, depression, eating disorders, humor, lucky breaks, mental disorders, moral dilemmas, pets, poverty, racism, religion, sex, suicide, turning points, war.

Very very easy! You could come up with 1 answer in 5 minutes. Try it!

Please read their Writer's Guidelines and FAQs for submission first. If you are an artist, they also accept art for their answers without illustrations.

Lastly, do read their Orphans page to see what type of submissions they are looking for so that you can pattern your answer to their style.

Note: They choose several answers every Monday and mail check for payments 30 days after publication. No paypal.

Forum about Job Opportunities

www.WAHM.com is a great resource for finding job opportunities online. The website caters to Work At Home Moms hence the name WAHMs. They talk about opportunities for people who don't have 9-5 jobs and who like to work at home using the internet.

They post new job opportunities found all over the web and share it to other forum members. So all you need to do is join the WAHM forum and start browsing through their forums. The topics I usually browse are Telecommuting Moms, WAHMs Who Write, and Bloggers.

Telecommuting Moms usually have new job opportunities and the members also talk about which home job opportunity is good to join.

WAHMs Who Write usually have writing opportunities involved and are gotten from other job opportunity websites. The good thing about it is that you just have to look into this site for opportunities and don't have to use a lot of time looking at other websites.

Bloggers usually have discussions about how to create blogs and generate topic. Sometimes, there are also blogging opportunities there that is interesting.

Naming Contest Forums

Wordboard Naming Forums is a website which hosts naming contests of some sort. I am saying "of some sort" because it really is a site to help people who have Naming needs. Not all people who ask for help offer monetary prize. Most of them just say thanks! Sometimes, they say that they will give a few hundred dollars to the one they picked but sometimes they don't follow through or just say that they didn't like any of the names and would just stick with the one they have.

Of course, this shouldn't discourage you from coming up with names and helping the people in need. It is fun and winning the money is always a plus but that shouldn't be your main consideration. You can also get some practice from this forum as to what works and what doesn't. Sometimes, people appreciating your ideas is already enough for the work you put into helping them.

Just register and start coming up with names!

You can also check out Digital Point Forums for some naming contest. Although these type of contests are not often and the pay is low (around $5 to $50). But you are sure that the person will choose a winner. Competition here is also tough.

Named At Last Naming Company

Another Naming Company that allows you to become a Professional Namer is Named At Last. Previously, they have held a naming contest that offers $100 cash prize to the winner. However, there is no contest as of this moment and based on my correspondence with the owner of the site, you can only become a Freelance Professional Namer for Named At Last through their contest. They like to check out your style first through your submissions in the contest.

You just have to check back to the site often to see if their Naming Contest is already available. Goodluck!

What's In A Name?

Do you think that names or brands affect a product? Of course it does! You have to convey the right message with each name that you associate to a product or company! How do you do this? Well, there are professional naming companies out there which can help you get the right name for your target market. They will get your message across. Have you ever heard of them?

One of the most interesting Naming Companies I have come across during my “Naming Craze” was Eat My Words. Yes, that’s the name of their company and their site. Very interesting isn’t it? Check out their site to know more about naming. It’s not just simply thinking of a catchy name, although that helps a lot, research and persistence is they key. They have a lot of resources there that you might want to check out such as their competitors and a chance to become a Professional Namer.

You have to submit 20 names for an external hard-drive and email it to them to get a chance to become an Eat My Words namer. Be sure to read their tips and about their naming style to get a feel of what they want.

You can look at the Thesaurus for synonyms of words that you can play around with.

I didn’t make the cut! But what the heck! It’s worth a try! It has been fun coming up with these names. I am actually proud of them even if some of them sound cheesy. Haha!

Here are the 20 names I submitted that didn’t make it. Don’t copy it or you won't make it!

Impulse Connect
Data Can
Dyna Store
Giga-Gear
Loaded Parcel
Reservoir
Carbon Space
Data Tank
Requisite Receptacle
Savvy Cache
Free Loader
Outside the Box
To-Go
Stocked!
Alter Ego
Doppelganger
Speedy Stack
Data Henchman
Indie Shack
Vital Volume

I'm not sure how they pay the people who are accepted as Namers but I think it's worth a try. You just have to know where to look for words and synonyms and just a bit of imagination! That's a good part time job! Stay tune for websites that have Naming Contest wherein you can win money!

Daily Job Opportunities

If you want to see daily job opportunities related to writing, graphic design, or programming, you can look at these two sites for references. Most opportunities include forum posting, article writing, and blog posting. What is good about these opportunities is that the deal is person to person, hence when you get the job done, usually within a few hours, you get the money through Paypal. You won't have to wait for a week or a month to get paid. However, most of these jobs are short term jobs. This is good if you find yourself with nothing to do in a few hours.

Digital Point Forums is the best site to use as reference because the Buy, Sell, or Trade Section is updated daily with job opportunities. You can look at the Content Creation Section for Writing opportunities. Just register in Digital Point Forums to be able to connect to the people looking to hire writers.

Webmaster-Talk Forum is similar to Digital Point however, jobs are not very frequent. But it is a good site to check out also for similar jobs such as writing, graphic design, and programming. Just look into the MarketPlace Section to see the job opportunities. Select the Categories you are interested in to filter the results. For writing opportunities, use the Freelance Jobs Section. Just register in Webmaster-Talk Forum to be able to connect to the people looking to hire writers.

Amazon's Mechanical Turk

The Mechanical Turk is a wonderful innovation of Amazon. It connects those who want jobs to be done and those who want to do jobs for a certain amount of money. The main point of the Mechanical Turk is that you will choose to do certain HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) in which you will get paid for.

Advantages of Mechanical Turk

  1. You can work at home
  2. Choose your own hours
  3. Get bonuses for doing good work
  4. Lots of easy brainless HITs

Disadvantages of Mechanical Turk

  1. Paid only through Amazon Gift Certificate or deposited to a U.S. Bank Account
  2. Some HITs are always pending and you don’t get credited (yet) for those HITs. Sometimes pending HITs reach more than 10,000!
  3. No detailed breakdown of the HITs you made so you can’t see which HITs are still pending and which are approved.

HITs in Mechanical Turk include identifying if two items are different, creating blog posts, creating articles, tagging items, etc.

You can just buy items in the Amazon store with your earnings. You can ship it directly to your place.

Join Amazon’s Mechanical Turk now! It’s easy!

Earn From myLot

myLot is a lot like Paid Forum Posting in which you are paid to post on forums. However, you are not paid to be a secret forum poster, but you are actually paid for participating in the forum.

Although the rates in myLot are lower than Paid Forum Posting, you can easily make lots of posts in an hour because there is no limitation as to the topic you write about. You can even write about your problems or why you are happy today!

You can also start discussions and if there are a lot of people who responded to your topic, you will also earn from that.

You can upload photos and get money if people are clicking your photos. It is that easy.

Although the rate as to how much per post is not directly stated, I think it is around $0.03 per post. But it still depends on the quality of your post.

You can also earn through referrals. Refer more friends to join myLot and you get to earn from their earnings too!

Try it! myLot is fun! They pay via Paypal if you reach $10.00.

Earn Money By Making Quizzes Online

In Expert Rating, you are paid $1 per quiz that you make. Each quiz is composed of 12 multiple choice question. You can probably do 10 quizzes a day and earn $10 a day or $300 a month. They pay per set of 25 quizzes. You can finish 25 quizzes in a day if you work full time. You are paid via Paypal.

Don't be discouraged the first few times you are making quizzes because you are just building your templates. After the 2nd or 3rd set, you can easily do quizzes especially if you have done a similar quiz.

For example, if you have done a quiz about Cameron Diaz before, and you are now tasked to do a quiz on Britney Spears, you can just Ctrl+F the name and replace all! Then just change to the correct answer. For quizzes about people, you can have standard questions such as full name, birthday, birthplace, origin, etc. That will make it faster. You just have to build up your template of people, songs, albums, companies, etc.

ExpertRating will give you the topics you have to work on (set of 25) and you are paid after every set. If they are comfortable with your pace and quality, they can give you sets of 100 so that you can work faster and won't have to wait for them to give you the next set before you can start!

Try it! Visit ExpertRating for applications.

Blogging - $2 Per Post

From Forum Posting to Blogging.

Now that you have gone and posted to lots of forums, you have had ample practice with writing content. Now the next step would be writing Blog Posts. What is it about? It's simply writing content much longer than Forum Posts.

NinerNiner.com is a blog network wherein it hosts different blogs and your job is to write on these different blogs. Currently, it has around 35 blogs which you can write in. You just have to register and you are set to go.

The blogs they have are very varied. There are blogs about movies, video games, shoes, making money, coffee, cooking, health, medcare, latest gadgets, technical stuff, etc. Although you don't get the same amount of money per blog, you will earn around $1 to $2 per blog post. You can just choose to post on those blogs that are worth $2. By the way, your blog posts should be 250 words or more so that you will be credited that amount. Don't worry, 250 words is easy to do!

Just remember that the rates are fluctuating within a day. So you can just write your blog offline and just post in online when the rates go back to $2.

After a few days, you will be familiarized as to what blogs pay $2, you just have to post when it is $2. I think the rate drops when a lot of people have already posted on that blog for the day.

Payment is made via Paypal every month when you reach $25.

If you sign up, you get a $5 bonus for simply signing up! So you just need to get $20 more to payout. $20 is around 10 blog posts of $2 each. You can easily reach that in 3 days.

Try NinerNiner.com now!

Email me if you have any questions!

8 Tips To EARN More Money From Paid Forum Posting!

The following is a list of tips on how you can earn more from Paid Forum Posting.

1.) Choose only forums that you are comfortable posting in or you think you can easily research on. You can just Google it and check out other forums with the same niche or topic. You can get ideas there.

2.) It's good to start threads so that you can reply to people who replied to your thread. At least you will have something to reply to in the next few days.

3.) Try to use only one username and password for easier tracking and access to the forums. You won’t have to spend so much time in logging in to the forums. You have more time to earn.

4.) The forums assigned to you will only be done when the required posts requested by the clients are finished. Some companies pay up when you finish the job. While others pay only if you have a total of 100 posts when it comes to pay day. For companies that pay up only when the job is done, try to get those jobs that are near the deadline. For companies that pay if you reach 100 posts, then try to get as many posts as you can done to get payment.

5.) Some Paid Forum Posting Companies also have writing jobs aside from the forum posting jobs. Writing jobs or blogging jobs pay a higher rate at around $2.00 or more per 200-400 words. What is good about these writing jobs is that you can be assured that you will get paid no matter what you write. Of course, it has to be of decent quality. However, these opportunities are just limited.

6.) If the Paid Forum Posting Company allows you to request more forums to write on, then you should do it and post as much as you can.

7.) Some Paid Forum Posting Companies will increase your rate if you have done a lot of posts so try to get as much posts as you can.

8.) Enjoy posting so that it won’t feel like much of a chore to you!

Is Paid Forum Posting For You?

Look at the questions below and see if forum posting is right for you!

1.) Do you like to earn some cash?
Of course, everyone does! But obviously there is nothing free in this world and you would have to work for it. Also, you have to have a Paypal account so that the companies hiring forum posters can pay you! Most of them (well at least the ones I am part of) are using Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account yet, sign up now! It's easy!

How much do these companies pay? It ranges from $0.10 to $0.20 minimum. This can go up depending on the number of posts you have done for that company. Sounds little? Well, it will build up. And the more forums you do, the easier it will get and the easier it will be to just say something. You won't have to think for very long.

2.) Do you like to voice your opinions?
If you answered No, chances are you won't like forum posting. Forum posting is about you sharing your opinions and being heard. You can't just say that you agree to what the other forum poster said. You would have to add something relevant to the discussion. Also, companies require a minimum number of words per post. It's around 15-25 words. That's easy to do!

3.) Do you at least know basic English and have reasonably good grammar?
A lot of Paid Forum Posting companies check this first before hiring you. They do this by letting you "trial" post in their own forums or other forums for around 5-15 posts (depending on company) along with your application. They are going to let you post in General Topics area so you won't have to think too much about your post. Just make sure you put in the minimum number of words and have good grammar.

4.) Can you research online about a certain topic that you don't know about and use that to post on the forums assigned to you?
This is not easy. But if you can do it, then you can earn more because you can write on more forums. Be careful not to research too much and in turn take up most of your time. It would be better spent on posting on other forums that you are familiar with so that you can post more and thus earn more within the same period of time.

If you said yes to these questions, then you are ready to be a "forum poster" for Paid Forum Posting Companies!

A Guide To Paid Forum Posting

Recently, I found this thing called Paid Forum Posting. It earns me some money with a bit of work.

Definitions and Explanations
Paid Forum Posting Companies - These companies hire "forum posters" to post in various forums.

Clients of Paid Forum Posting Companies - These companies hire Paid Forum Posting Companies to add users to their forums and populate the forum for a specific period of time.

Forum Posters - This is us! We go to the Paid Forum Posting Companies' website and see which forums are assigned to us. You can choose which assignments you will take. If you take the assignment, you will now go to the Client's forum and register with a username and start posting!

Why clients pay for people to post on their forums - This is because a "dead" forum is a vicious circle. If a forum is "dead", no one will join the forum because it is "dead" so no one will answer their question or help them out. If no one will join the forum, then the forum remains "dead". Therefore, the clients pay to "start up" their forums and hopefully, other people who voluntarily come across these forums will be enticed to join the forum discussions and be part of the community.

Forums - These are sites that is specifically used for communication among the members of the forums. They share their opinions and advice to each other. Forums that are in need of "starting up" are usually new forums.

Threads - These are topics or the post that will initiate the discussion.

Replies - These are the posts that are responses to the threads in the forum.

How Does It Work
1.) You apply to a Paid Forum Posting Company.

2.) Submit the requirements they have and wait for their response. Usually, they respond within 24 to 48 hours.

3.) One of the requirements is to give sample/trial posts in their forum so that they could judge if your English is good. Do this well!

4.) If you're accepted, you go to their website and login to your account. Each company has a different style but the similarity is that they assign you certain forums depending on the interests that you put in your application. Sometimes you get forums you are familiar with, sometimes you don't.

5.) Go to the forums you choose to do and register. You can start posting once you are registered and logged in.

6.) You would have to record your posts after posting at each forum so that the Paid Forum Posting Companies can keep track of your posts and know how much to pay you. They have this system set-up in your account within the Paid Forum Posting Company.

There it is! My Guide to Paid Forum Posting! Check back in for some tips and companies you can apply to.
